Emily offers innovative exciting curriculum linked visual arts workshops.For over 15 years she has worked in schools, communities and museums to create workshops, which explore through making and doing. Her workshops engage participants and encourage them to look at a subject through making, playing, and experimenting and in doing so, raise confidence and skills. In schools, her projects develop collaboration and creativity whilst enriching classroom learning across the curriculum including Sciences, History, Literacy and Maths and offer drawing, printmaking, shadow and simple 3D construction techniques. Emily is an Arts Award adviser and can offer Discover and Explore projects. This is an acredited programme which enables under 25′s to enjoy and develop their creative skills and achieve a national qualification. Emily offers INSET training for teachers exploring ways of bringing creativity into the classroom in an imaginative and sustainable way.
