‘Some things are hard to do’
Working with Wire
Enfield Primary Schools
‘Some things are hard to do’. Enfield schools: St Micheal’s primary, Carterhatch Junior Primary, Forty Hill primary and Lavender Primary schools.
This was a project which explored using wire to make artwork, but actually it was about finding things difficult, recognising that, and realising that was ok. The year 3 children found different ways to manipulate wire through a series of playful exploratory workshops which ended in a borough wide exhibition. We made 3D drawings, shadows drawings and Cyanotype prints using wire.
