Science and Art at Dalston Curve

Using science and art to re-view an urban garden This is an ongoing relationship with The Dalston Curve Garden, Hackney, to create workshops which explore the science of the garden. Workshops have included scientific drawing of butterflies to make museum cabinet style displays, using microscopes to make up close images of flowers, matching flowers to Botany colour charts, exploring pollination with mono printing, and making block prints of flowers as insects view them. Next up is a project for their winter Festival of Light.
