Make Club


Make Club is run by artist Emily Tracy in her London Fields studio, Hackney, London.

Emily has a wealth of experience working with young people in schools and museums. She is now offering art sessions for groups of 6 children to make exciting creative projects each Saturday starting in January 2019.

Children will get a chance to create a range of projects both 2 and 3D, develop skills and have fun in an inspiring environment.

Techniques over the year will include printing, collage, 3D construction, drawing, painting, casting, cyanotype prints, paper construction, lanterns, marbling, bookmaking.

Projects include;

Make a fake; create a Roman vase.

Mail art; make amazing drawings, stamps and art on an envelope. Send it on a journey.

Museum worthy; Cast a 21st century fossil.

Create a framed collage.

Delve under your bed to make junk snow-globes.

Each term will end with a display of completed work.

Ages: 6-11 yrs.

Session times: 9.30am-11am or 11.30-1pm
