Eleanor Palmer Primary School 2
Emily Tracy was commissed by The Thames Festival to design and co-ordinate a project for 125 London primary schools to take part in a collaborative visual arts project. The resulting piece was installed on The SouthBank, London, for the week leading up to and during the festival. The Wishing Tree was 6 metres high, internally lit and was made up of boxes containing miniture drawings by each child that took part. The project highlighted recycling and reducing out individual’ tetra pack’ cartons.
